Get Support

Email is the fastest route, and it reaches a person who can read your G-code. There is no ticket queue to sit in.

Send a message

We reply directly to this address.

Up to 3 files, 10 MB total. Images, logs, configs and post-processors only (.zip, .nc, .tap, .gcode, .log, .txt, .png, .jpg, .webp, .gif).

We do not scrub files for you. No automated filter strips client geometry, file paths or personal data from what you send. Check the contents yourself before attaching.

Direct help-desk support runs for five years from your purchase date — two years of updates, then three more of support. Community help here on the Hub is free for life, whether or not you have bought anything.

What to send

The first three of these turn a two-day thread into one reply:

  1. The machine and controller — make, model, and control version. “Haas VF-2, NGC 100.22” beats “my mill”.
  2. What you expected, and what happened. If it cut wrong, the line number in the G-code where it went wrong.
  3. A diagnostic archive. In Takshak, choose Help → Export Diagnostic Logs. It writes a ZIP to your desktop. Attaching your project file is optional and is a separate tick-box — include it only if you can.

Before you attach anything

We do not scrub files for you. No automated filter strips client geometry, file paths or personal data from what you send. Anything you attach here is emailed to us exactly as you sent it. On the forum, attached images are re-encoded to WebP, which discards camera GPS metadata — a storage measure, not a review of content. Check the contents yourself, and if a part is under NDA, say so rather than sending it — most problems can be diagnosed from the logs alone.

Anything you email directly stays private. Anything you submit through the support form is posted to the forum as a public, search-indexed thread — credited to your username if you are signed in, or to the Hub’s posting account if you are not. Your email address is never posted. See the Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct.
